Indoor Swimming Pool at Milford High School
The Milford High School indoor pool is open to residents and non-residents throughout the school year for
swimming lessons
,
water aerobics
, as well as
open and lap swimming
.
The pool is open seven (7) days a week from September until the end of May, but closed during school holidays, school vacations and snow closings.

Swimming lessons
are offered to all skill levels and all ages - starting at two years of age. Sessions runs five weeks. Space is limited and registration is accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Advance lessons in CPR, Lifeguard Training, Basic Rescue and First Aid are also available.
AM Lap Swimming
AM lap swimming is available to adult men and women on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 5:45 am till 7:30 am throughout the year (with occasional breaks for holidays and school vacations). This is NOT a multi-week program. Show up anytime and join in. Cost is just $2 for residents and $3 for non-residents. Showers and changing rooms are available.

Water Aerobics
classes are open to adult men and women on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:15 – 7:15 pm throughout the year (with occasional breaks for holidays and school vacations). This is NOT a multi-week program. Show up anytime and join in. Just $5 at the door. All exercises take place in the shallow end of the pool.

Public swimming
(both open and lap swimming) is available at different times throughout the week. The pool is fully staffed with certified lifeguards. Cost is just $2 for residents and $3 for non-residents. Showers and changing rooms are also available. Non-swimming parents are welcome to sit at poolside. Please bring your own towels.
