Registration Hours/Location:  Applications must be brought to the office in-person to be considered for the program for the 2022-23 school year.  The office is located in Milford High School at 31 West Fountain Street, Milford.  Office hours are 8:00am – 4:00pm. All paperwork must be submitted with application. Registration requires completion of  a registration packet for each student.

 

First Month Payment (September): must be submitted online or in-person between Monday, August 22nd – Tuesday, August 30th and will include a $20 non-refundable registration fee, per family. If payment is not received by Tuesday, August 30th, the participants may not be able to participate in the before or after school program. If you would like to include payment prior to Monday, August 22nd you can do so in the form of cash or check (which can be mailed or brought directly to the office and must include the $20 registration fee, as well). Payments can be brought in via cash or check at any point.

Checks should be made payable to: Town of Milford – MCSUP.  Please deliver or mail full payment (plus $20 registration fee) to the office located at 31 West Fountain Street, Milford.  Online payments can also be accepted starting on Monday, August 15th.

Please keep in mind, should withdrawal from the program be necessary, one month’s (30 days) written notice to the office is required and no refunds are available.


 

The Extended Day Program for students in Grades 3-5 is offered both before school and after school. Parents are able to send their child to either program or both.

The program is held at Woodland Elementary School Cafeteria for Woodland students only.

To notify the program when your child is going to be absent, please call the program at (508) 889-2533.  You may also email the program supervisor to report your child’s absence at woodlandpm@milfordma.com or woodlandam@milfordma.com.

The Extended Day programs begin the first day of school as indicated below:

Students in Grades 3, 4, 5  begin on Wednesday, August 31st, 2022.

After School 2:45 – 6:00 pm

Tuition covers a full in person school week, 2-day program. Discounts are available for additional children in the same family.
