The Milford High School indoor pool is open to the public for public swimming at various times during the week. The pool is open year around with a revolving schedule of activities. It is closed during school holidays, vacation weeks or other days when school is not in session. We ask patrons to check our REGISTRATION (link below) website for closings and schedule changes and adjustments. The MHS pool runs a specific, different schedule during the summer months.
- The pool is fully staffed with certified lifeguards.

AM and PM Lap Swimming
AM lap swimming is available to adults ages 18 and older. Please refer to the REGISTRATION (link above) website for year-round offerings.
SplasHIIT
SplasHIIT is offered on Tuesday and Thursdays from 6:00 AM to 6:45 AM and Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:15 PM to 7:00 PM.

Pool Holidays/Closings
The pool is closed during all school holidays and scheduled breaks and when there is inclement weather and closing is determined by the Town of Milford or the Milford Public Schools Superintendent.
