Milford High School's Indoor Pool

Open Swim

The Milford High School indoor pool is open to the public for public swimming at various times during the week.  The pool is open from September 2020 until June 2021 for most programs.  It is closed during school holidays, vacation weeks or other days when school is not in session. We ask patrons to check our website for closings.

  • The pool is fully staffed with certified lifeguards.
  • Online registration is required. Walk-ins will not be accepted. Please click here to register online.

AM and PM Lap Swimming
AM lap swimming is available to adults ages 18 and older on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 5:45 AM till 7:00 AM. Cost is just $8 for residents and non-residents.

Season Pass Information for AM Lap and Open Swimming

  • Season passes are not available at this time.

Water Aerobics & SplasHIIT
Water Aerobics is offered on Mondays and  Deep Water Aerobics is offered on Wednesdays from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM.  See our Water Fitness page for details.

SplasHIIT is offered on Tuesday and Thursdays from 6:00 AM to 6:45 AM and 7:00 PM to 7:45 PM.  See our Water Fitness page for details.

COVID-19 Guidelines
All pool staff and participants should adhere to the following:
– Stay home if sick or in quarantine
– Avoid entering the facility if symptomatic:
– fever of 100.0 degrees Fahrenheit or above or have felt feverish. Temperatures should be taken each morning before attending a session.
– unusual coughing and/or shortness of breath
– fatigue in combination with other symptoms
– headache in combination with other symptoms
– chills and/or shaking chills
– sore throat
– muscle aches or pains
– stomachache/diarrhea
– new loss of taste or smell
– nasal congestion/runny nose with other symptoms

To ensure the safety of our staff and participants, the following procedures are in place:
– The facility received a deep cleaning and disinfecting prior to re-opening.
– All railings, door handles and other high touch surfaces will be disinfected before and after each program.
– Staff members will be screened upon arrival each day.
– Physical cues for distancing will be marked.
– All equipment will be disinfected before and after use.
– Doors will be open when possible to increase ventilation.

While participating in a program, please adhere to the following protocol:
– Arrive dressed in your swimsuit.
– Masks must be worn when you are not in the pool.
– Bring your own water bottle – touchless fountains will be available.
– Please do not enter the building earlier than 5 minutes before the program is set to begin.
– Stagger entry from other participants.
– Sanitize your hands upon entering.
– Maintain 6 feet separation between individuals at all times, even while in the pool.
– Locker room access will be limited.
– Shower use will be limited to a pre/post swim cleanse.
– Equipment will not be shared.
– Sneeze/cough into cloth, tissue, elbow or sleeve. Discard tissue in trash cans, wash hands.
– Avoid hand shaking and physical contact.
– Avoid touching your face.
– Sanitize your hands before exiting the building.
– Leave the building immediately after the program. No congregating after swimming.
– Spaces are limited, please only register for times that you are able to attend.
– If a participant tests positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of attending one of our programs they must immediately report this information to the MCSUP director by phone at (508) 478-1119 or by email at
